Judges Comments:

TBCIt lovely to see target spots and good spangle markings but condition was a problem.

First is Cage D from H Kamel of Victoria, a light green, stunning cock bird, well presented, the modern bird we are looking. Went to first and stayed there.

Second is Cage P from P Thurn of Victoria, a sky, very neat, just pipped by the first-place getter. A long bird but down on condition.

Third is Cage E from A Corner of New South Wales, a greygreen, solid with lovely spangle spots. Untidy compared to top two on occasions but still good quality.

Fourth is Cage G from L Connor of New South Wales, a hot & cold bird, in great condition but fine feathered. Could make a liar of the judging. Secondary coverts are an issue, but it deserves its position.
