Judges Comments:

We thank the other two judges for allowing us to judge the Hens class which is always “the class to judge”.

First owned by Ian Hunter from Victoria, is a Cinnamon hen who has shoulder, shape and deportment and feather direction, mask and impact.  A super hen and is a credit to the breeder

We are sorry for the other birds who were up against this super hen.

Second owned by Holmes Family from South Australia is a modern bird and is strong shouldered, has directional feather but not the outline of the first bird.  She has the most modern face.

Third owned by M & D Gearing from Western Australia, is a big hen with plenty of backskull, shoulder and stands well of the perch.  Not as modern a face but a good top end.

Fourth owned by Mal Lawn from South Queensland, has a modern outline.

Fifth owned by Ian Hunter from Victoria, is a big thumping hen.

Sixth owned by Alan Kent from South Queensland, is a beautiful hen.
