The top ten birds in this class are all lovely exhibition budgerigars. The top four birds bench are of all very high strong with overall quality.
Firsts First owned by Paul Bayliss R Wilson (NSW) This bird was the standout winner who performed the entire time and showed to perfection. Good variety, beautiful brow and wide, good bullseye spots, just an outstanding cockVic) is a good overall Yellow Face in excellent feather and condition. Has beautiful feather from the cere.
Second owned by W Cachia Mike Huch (Vic) is another outstanding cock, just unlucky to meet the winner today. Not as long as the first bird but has a lovely pushy face, bulls eye spots.
Third owned by Ian Hunter (Vic) is exceptional in variety, black wing markings, bullseye spots but down a little on face feathering.
Fourth owned by Glenn Schiller (NSW) is a lovely greygreen hen who is super strong, good brow, strong through the shoulder but didn’t show to full potential.
A really lovely class and congratulations to the breeders of all the birds benched.
an unlucky second as there is not a lot of difference between him and the first bird. What split them was this bird was down a little in cere feather.
Third bird owned by Demarti & Scott (WA) is a very solid, large framed bird with good spangle markings.
Cage N was disqualified due to no tail.
