Judges Comments:

Judged by Malcolm Taylor & Peter Thurn

First (B Martin, Victoria) is a white hen with the best frontal in the class.  A powerful shouldered hen who showed well when it counted.  Lovely tight wings.

Second (Mort Faddy (Sth. Qld) is a yellow cock who stood out initially and led the class for a while.  Just a little heavier in the flights and not the frontal width of the winner.

Third (K & B Fulton, Tasmania) is a white cock and is very stylish but not the shoulder of the birds above. Alan Rowe & Neale Love.

Summation by Neale Love.

There is a definite improvement in this variety so congratulations to all breeders.

First owned by Mort Faddy (South Queensland) is a long strong hen with good colour and variety, style and width and is a constant shower.

Second owned by Wilson & Hoadley (Victoria) shows feather direction but not the quality of the first bird.

Third owned by Bruce Schuster (Q’land North & Central Zone) has lovely top end but loose in feather but still a good bird.

Fourth owned by Tony Butt ( New South Wales) is a strong bird, a little unsteady in the cage.
