2017 Judges Comments - Class 15 - SPANGLE DOUBLE FACTOR

Summation by Errol Miller.

A very strong class of birds with quality all the way through and a pleasure to judge.  We couldn’t fault any of them. When we first stood back to view the birds we selected Cage D owned by Henry George (South Queensland) as it is an awesome bird but just would not show.

First owned by G O’Connor (New South Wales) is a super strong Yellow cock bird with outstanding quality, good direction of feather and when releases its feathers, he picks himself.

Second owned by Peter Thurn (Victoria) is a White hen, magnificent shoulder width and a good shower.

Third owned by Ian Schneider (Q’land North & Central Zone) is another super quality hen and very powerful through the shoulder.

Fourth owned by J Smith (Tasmania) is a very nice Yellow but lacked a little in condition.
