Judges Comments:

This was a great class to judge. 

Winner owned by D Rixon (Victoria) is a real standout bird and is the best Black Eye I have seen.  She has the modern features, good variety bird and an easy winner.

Second place owned by Laurie Barber (South Aust.) is a nice strong cock but lacks the feather structure and modern features of the winning bird.

Third owned by John Mulley (South Aust.) is a similar bird to the second place getter but has a tendency to lay over the perch

Fourth place bird owned by John Richardson (NSW) another strong bird but lacking the feather of those in front of it. 

Lower down placings are carrying body suffusion.Â
