Unfortunately, one of the best birds here had to be disqualified due to too many missing flights.

First bird owned by Geoff Russell (SQ) is a true representation of this variety. Very good colour considering he is not a Cinnamon Black Eye as he has blue feet.

Second bird owned by M & R Randall (Vic) Black Eyed Selves calls for buttercup yellow which is not obvious in this bird. He has better head qualities better than the winning bird but variety let him down

Third bird owned by Peter Dodd (NSW) is a big strong bird with good variety.
