Judges Comments:

A very strong class of Opalines

First owned by Jeff Leong from Victoria gave us some trouble as it wouldn’t show. When it finally settled down is showed itself to be a magnificent bird with a beautiful top with feather direction going out up and across.

Second owned by Steve Smith from South Queensland is a strong Light Green that lacks the lift of the first place getter and has only one tail but has shoulder strength. Again, another nice strong bid.

Third owned by T Hill from New South Wales is a lovely hen and the cleanest bird but would not show.

Fourth owned by D Walsh from New South Wales is another strong hen but too flecked and penalised accordingly

Fifth owned by Gary & Helen Hibberd from South Queensland is a cock with a nice top end but a little short.
